You must be diagnosed by a physician with one of these radiogenic cancers:

  • Bone cancer
  • Lung cancer
  • Renal cancers

If onset was at least two years after first exposure:

  • Leukemia (other than chronic lymphocytic leukemia)

If onset was at least five years after first exposure:

  • Bile ducts
  • Brain
  • Breast (female)
  • Breast (male)
  • Colon
  • Esophagus
  • Gall bladder
  • Liver (except if cirrhosis or hepatitis B is indicated)
  • Lymphomas (other than Hodgkin’s disease)
  • Multiple myeloma
  • Ovary
  • Pancreas
  • Pharynx
  • Salivary gland
  • Small intestine
  • Stomach
  • Thyroid
  • Urinary bladder
